Horizon Meetings isn’t the largest event resource company available and that’s just the way we like it! We keep it personal and instill our values into our everyday business dealings. We are extremely proud of the fact that the majority of our client base has been established by referrals from our satisfied customers!

Our clients’ experience varies greatly; some are planning their first event while others are managing a team of certified meeting planners. They have titles like Executive Director, Meeting Planner, Executive Assistant, Meetings & Event Marketing, and Procurement Manager. Many of our clients utilize all of our in-house services, and others just a few key components, but all of our clients find specific solutions that work for them.
Horizon Meetings maintains excellent relationships with Hotels, Resorts, Convention Centers, Destination Management Companies, and Convention & Visitor Bureaus throughout North America. We present all options to our clients without influence from preferred programs or kick backs. Our focus is on providing a level playing field so our clients can make the best choices for their organizations. We have extensive experience in the Financial & Insurance, Medical, Technology, and Education & Government markets giving us a diverse network of contacts and experience. We work with small events; planning a board retreat for 15 people to citywide conventions hosting 5000 plus attendees. Regardless of size or services needed you will receive ongoing personalized attention. We pride ourselves in maintaining the connection between our clients and vendors to create a stronger network and exchange of information.
We encourage our clients to take advantage of familiarization trips, networking events, and other “perks” to gain knowledge and be in the best position when choosing their next vendor.
